Welp, it's finally happened! At last, Capcom has realized that they don't need Keji Inafune to do anything MegaMan, and have graced us with a teaser trailer for the long speculated MegaMan 11! I was trying not to get my hopes up for the 30th Anniversary livestream, but boy...did that ever help me to scream when I first glimpsed upon the gorgeous 2.5D graphics. My only nitpick with the game was that MegaMan's running animation looked somewhat choppy, although I'm certain that they'll polish it up for the final release in late 2018. It seems to be coming out for all current gen consoles, as well as Steam (to be honest, the only port I cared about was the Switch version). A new mainline MegaMan title isn't the only thing that Capcom announced, as MegaMan X1-8 and ports of both MegaMan Legacy Collection 1 & 2 will be heading to the Switch and other systems next year! I'm so stoked for all of these new MegaMan games and ports that were shown off today! A bright future lies ahead for the Blue Bomber in 2018.
